Venn Farm is peacefully situated amidst the rolling countryside of the South Hams. We are a family-run working farm offering friendly hospitality and comfortable accommodation. Children are encouraged to take an active interest in the day-to-day running of the farm (especially at lambing time) and dogs are welcome by arrangement. Although the farm is in a secluded spot, we are just two miles from the A38 and centrally situated for exploring Dartmoor and the delightful sandy beaches of the South Devon coast. The historic cities of Exeter and Plymouth are both about a half-hour's drive away. The nearby village of Ugborough is built around an open square with a 14th century church and two busy pubs. Facilities for pony trekking and a golf course are on our doorstep as is the South Dartmoor Leisure Centre at Ivybridge with free-form indoor and outdoor swimming pools with water slides and sun bathing terraces.  | ||

The converted Granary and Barn at Venn Farm accommodate 8 and 4 people respectively, or 12 people (with interconnecting door) for an extremely comfortable self catering holiday. The Granary has dining room/fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room downstairs, with two more bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and an excellent maple floored living room upstairs. | |

Home-from-Home Down on the Farm! The Cottages are some 200 yards from the owners' farmhouse (B&B), with fields on one side and farm buildings on the other. Lovely long views to Dartmoor or farmland from most upstairs windows. Created with great care they are smart, fresh, easy to live in and both suitable for wheelchair bound people. They share a large enclosed courtyard for safe playing (tricycles provided) and barbecues, and games room (table tennis, darts). | ||

| From Exeter travelling south along the A38. Leave at the Yealmpton, Modbury, Ermington junction and keep to the left. Take the second turning on the right and go straight through at the cross roads. Turn left and then left again at the stone pillars. We are the first on the left through the laurel archway. | ||
